Our broadcasts are fully licensed, and royalties are paid to musical artists, through ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC in compliance with the express terms of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”). This Internet broadcaster subscribes to the Sound Exchange program of The Library of Congress. Our license with these music royalty payment entities requires we properly log total plays times the number of listeners for each song. These logs become the basis for the royalties paid to musical artists based on airplay of their musical works.
